- 1+ years of residential/light commercial HVAC experience preferred
- EPA 608 certification a plus
- Valid CA driver’s license + clean driving record
- Good communication and customer service skills

For techs experienced in installing HVAC systems and working job sites safely and efficiently.
- Ability to install heat pumps, AC units, furnaces, and ductwork
- Experience reading plans and completing installs to code
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with a partner
- Valid CA driver’s license
